The Belin Challenge Fitness Boot Camp is a group co-ed fitness boot camp with a personal training feel that offers you 4 weeks of (indoor/outdoor) training.

 

Did you know that the oldest woman to take our bootcamp was 82 years old? 

And she did our our bootcamp for 6 months consectively. 

 

You see! In our sessions, we cater to your fitness level and physical limitations. We provide a beginners, intermediate, and advance level for all exercises. And if you have certain old injuries (back,knee,shoulder or wrist concerns), we further modify the exercise so that you can participate in the class pain free. Our motto is you go at your own pace, and do whatever you can. If you need to stop and take a break, Stop and take your break! But if you need an extra push, let our skilled boot camp trainers know and they will turn the heat up on you high and quick!

Our sessions comprise of resistance body weight training, cardio training, circuit training, tabata training, interval training, TRX training, Boxing, INSANITY (SHAWN T) Training, Core (ab) training, fitness challenges, obstacle course training, speed/agility/balance training, partner and teams drills, and resistance band training. Typically every session is different and unique. Sometimes we will throw fun into the experience with a game of dodge ball, basketball, or Tug-of-War!
