Live Interactive Virtual Fitness Bootcamp

Location: Internet ( Via Laptop, Cell Phone, or Ipad)

Programs Available: Fitness Boot Camps

Time: 6:30am (M/W/F), 5:30PM and 6:30pm (M/W/TH) 8:00AM (Saturday)

Class Duration: All classes a 30 minutes with a 5 minute (spa) Mind and body relaxing cool down

Type: Co-Ed 


Fitness Plans:

Single Session- $8.50
8 Session Package- $60 (2 times a week)
12 Session Package- $72 (3 times a week)
